UPDATE 8/9/2022, 4PM CEST: I am pretty sure that it is impossible to restore timestamps without doing it safe. However due to my unsatisfaction with wrong timestamps for trophies, I am using a third party tool to restore my actual timestamps sourced from psnprofiles. Do not try the same method I have done unless you are willing to cross Playstation's red line and hope for the best.
UPDATE 8/9/2022, 6PM CEST: Game data reset fixes trophy dates, It seems like the game data was corrupted which never happened to me in about 10.6 years.
