It's a toss-up between Pirates of the Caribbean and MGS4 for me. On one hand, the Pirates of the Caribbean pack added water, had (if memory serves) an entertaining story, cool costume pieces, that skull object, and some rad music, but the MGS4 pack had Yell "Dead Cell!" (VR Remix), so it's quite hard to choose. The Muppets pack was also pretty good. (If I was a smart alec I would have picked Creator Pack 1)
