Hello everyone, welcome back to another round of Team Picks Tuesdays. We’ve got some well-crafted levels made by the Beacon Community. Here are several levels that we’ve selected this week!
Get Involved With our Events and Curation Teams
We are still looking for more team members to join our team if you want to help out with event planning. The LBP Union Ministry of Inspiration needs your help! The Creative Works Administration and Pathfinder teams are looking for passionate community members who want to get more involved with the community.
The Creative Works Administration is our creative team responsible for these team picks! They are also the team that oversees all creative contests and other events on Beacon. If you love all the work that goes into creating a LittleBigPlanet level and want to inspire the growth of the Beacon community’s creative abilities, the CWA is for you!
The Pathfinder team are our community ambassadors on Discord. They are responsible for all community engagement activities on the Discord server, such as movie nights, game nights, Q&A panels, and other fun events. The CWA and Pathfinder teams coordinate together for larger events across our Discord server and Beacon as well! We’d love to see you get involved today by checking out the role listings and sending an application.

Bomb Hook Brawl 1v1 by is a highly engaging VS multiplayer level that offers a unique twist on low-gravity volleyball…with bombs! Players use grappling hooks to launch bombs at their opponents and their goals, creating a fast-paced and entertaining experience. While the level may lack a lot of decoration, its fun and innovative gameplay keeps players coming back for more.

This pixel-art aesthetic game combines idle game mechanics with merge games, resulting in the ultimate sword forging experience. Merge four swords of the same type to create new, more powerful swords. There are 24 unique swords to forge, and the game even features auto-save, so you can pick up your progress at any time. See how many skeletons you can defeat!

Onigiri is a platformer based on the Islands from LittleBigPlanet 1. It’s heavily inspired by the challenging and unique platforming from Sensei’s ninja dojo. Although aesthetically pleasing, some players may find it could use more challenge. Regardless, it’s an enjoyable callback to the game that started it all!
